Remove from heat, add lemon juice and half and half. 4.Return to medium-high heat and slowly bring to a soft simmer.5. Wisk in Parmesan cheese until all is incorporated. The sauce should have a smooth consistency and should coat the back ofa spoon smoothly. 6. Add capers then season with salt & white pepper to taste. (Importantto taste before adding salt.
